1   Link   Born Too Soon
Born Too Soon is a registered charity established in 1985 by parents and staff to offer support to parents who had a baby or babies being cared for on the Neonatal Unit at Kinston Hospital.
With the help of the local community Born Too Soon raises funds to purchase specialist equipment for the courageous babies on our unit as well as providing invaluable information and support to parents and their families.
2   Link   Neonatal Networks
This site provides up to date information and news for families, health professionals and others. It helps give a better understanding about care for infants being nursed in neonatal units.
3   Link   24 Weeks Plus
We would like to help parents to know what they can do to help in the care of their baby and to promote "bonding" with their baby. We would like to offer our services in the form of e-mail communication and please know that if you need some medical jargon explained or if you just feel the need to type all your fears and feelings out there will always be someone available to read your e-mails and to write back to you
4   Link   Bliss - for babies born too soon, too small, too sick
Bliss, the special care baby charity, provides vital support and care to premature and sick babies across the UK. Founded 30 years ago, we offer guidance and information at a critical time in families' lives. We also fund ground-breaking research and campaign for babies to receive the best possible level of care regardless of when and where they are born.

Ask a Midwife

How do I book for the Midwifery-Led Unit (Malden Suite)?

There is no need to book.

When you call in to say your labour has started ask to speak to the Malden Suite.
