Dads-to-be and birthing partners

Open visiting by 2 nominated birthing partners (24 hours) - no children.

High Dependency Unit (HDU)
One nominated partner from 08:00 to 20:00 - no children.

Antenatal and Postnatal (including Transitonal Care and Worcester) Wards
On these wards, partners are able to stay. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide beds due to space limitations and reclining chairs are available. A code of conduct for the antenatal ward is available here and for the postnatal wards here.

For infection control, only visitors over 16 will be allowed in the Maternity Unit with the exception of the mother's own children.
